1.1 Guildford Sound & Light Limited takes the privacy of your information very seriously. This policy explains how and for what purposes we use the information collected about you via www.djfinancedirect.co.uk and www.guildfordsoundandlight.com (referred to below as the “Site”). 2.1 For finance applications we will collect the following information from you:
2.1.1 name, a user name, age;
2.1.2 email address, postal address, telephone number;
2.1.3 login password;
2.1.4 your address history for the past 3 years including your residential status;
2.1.5 your employment details and;
2.1.6 your bank account number and sort code.
2.2 We use this information to process a loan application with one of our finance providers. All of the finance providers we use are GDPR compliant. If you would like details of our Finance Providers, please email us at enquiries@djfinancedirect.co.uk
2.2.1 Your bank details and date of birth are immediately deleted by us once the application has been processed with the relevant finance provider.
2.3 For deposit payments made over the phone, we will take your Payment Card Details and 3 digit CVC number. The CVC number is immediately deleted after the transaction.
3.1 We will use this information in order to:
3.1.1 process orders or applications submitted by you;
3.1.2 verify your identity;
If you choose to OPT IN for further information and updates we will
3.1.3 send you information about our products and services;
3.1.4 carry out marketing analysis;
3.1.5 to obtain your views or comments on the services we provide; and
